ANANTARA DOWNTOWN DUBAI, Dubai – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel offers fantastic rooms, some of the best in its class, and the service is absolutely delightful. However, there was a mix-up with room allocation during check-in at an inconvenient time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff, especially Edith.

After our desert safari late in the night, I was thrilled to find that the hotel rooms had luxurious toiletries from Forest Essentials and looked exactly like in the pictures. The design with nice colors was beautiful, and I enjoyed a lovely view of Burj Khalifa. The breakfast was excellent with great attention to detail from the staff.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and well-suited for our family, lacked sound isolation, making it easy to hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. On the bright side, we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a pool view room from our initial city-view booking, where we got to experience the room features firsthand.

The hotel offers incredible rooms that are out of this world, with spacious and well-supplied bathrooms, a godsend after a long flight. The buffet selection was vast, satisfying our every preference. The service was exceptional, with staff being very helpful and apologetic, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The location is central and convenient, not too far from attractions like Dubai Mall. The dining options were plentiful and delicious, though some staff seemed overwhelmed during peak dining times.

I can easily say this hotel makes working, both relaxing and productive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with electronic controls and a massive bathroom, offering a great environment to focus on tasks. The service staff provided exceptional care and attention, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location in Business Bay is superb, with easy access to attractions like the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The dining experience was good, but the menu could use more variety. Overall, a great stay for both work and leisure.

The hot water was working perfectly, which was a plus, but the location was a bit inconvenient due to ongoing road works. The service was top-notch, with professional staff and fantastic breakfast options. However, the dining experience could be improved with more choices available.

The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms with amazing views, from the friendly and professional Front Desk to the smallest details. Though reaching the hotel by car can be challenging and taxi availability limited, the location is great with shuttle service to key attractions.
